Prime Minister Keir Starmer hosted EU leaders in London on Monday, 19th of May for a crucial summit. On the agenda were potential deals on defence, trade, energy, youth opportunities and fishing.

The Labour for Europe provided an exclusive briefing on this crucial summit, discussed what comes next and what we can do to help campaign for a closer relationship with Europe.

The discussion was led by Liam Byrne MP, Chair of the Business and Trade Committee, and Calvin Bailey MP, member of the Defence Committee and former RAF officer. The meeting was moderated by Helena Dollimore MP, from the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee.
